Who to contact for what

An order, a delivery, a price, an invoice, a shortage, a return or a refund is a matter for the distributor that accepted and fulfilled the order — it is the seller of record. Raise it on the order itself in your order history on the Platform, so the request reaches that distributor and its status stays attached to the order. See the Refund Policy for how that works.

Anything about the Platform or your account — signing in, onboarding, verification, catalogue or search problems, or a request that a distributor is not taking up — goes to support.

Anything about personal data — access, correction, erasure, withdrawing consent, or a grievance — goes to the privacy and grievance contact. See the Data Protection notice and the Privacy Policy.
